Riverside Baseball 2025 Registration

Please fill out the form below to register your player (born 2020-2007) for the 2025 season.  You will have an opportunity to register multiple players for your family at the end of the form. 

If your player was registered with Riverside between 2020 - 2024 seasons you can select "Yes" that your player is a returning player.  If you select "Yes" a 6 digit code will be used in addition to your name and birth date to login to your family profile.  If you don't have the previous 6 digit code, please follow the recovery process to have the code sent to you.  

If you do not have a code, unsure if you registered through our new site, or are registering a new player, please select "No" to the returning player question.  

1. ​​Please note that Parent / Guardian birth date information is required.
2. Our new registration system will create a profile for you and your family of players.
3. Your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth will be used for your profile registration.  A 6 digit code will be sent for your registration account, to enable you to being registering your player(s).
